New Baby Griffin | Indianapolis Newborn Photographer

This winter I was welcomed by little Griffin’s family into their beautiful downtown Indianapolis condo to photograph his newborn lifestyle session. You won’t see a sweeter and more angelic newborn face than his! I spent the morning photographing these stunning parents and their daughter and watched them love on this new baby boy. Griffin is so lucky to have his big sister. I use the term “big” loosely- they are only thirteen months apart! Knowing from experience since there are only eleven months between my own daughters, I gushed to Gina and Grant about how these two are going to soon be constant companions and absolute best friends. I can’t wait to watch how they grow up together!

Fun Fact before I go! Gina was due with Griffin several weeks before I was due with my own baby boy this winter. Guess who had their baby first? That’d be me. So a big special thanks to this family for being patient with me as I photographed them and took extra time editing their session so that I could take care of my own special little man during those important weeks after his birth.

Single Frame Project: March | Indianapolis Family Photographer

Month three. It’s getting more difficult. I’ll admit there were a few days this month that my big camera did not capture anything because it was put away in the mudroom, we were too busy, or I just didn’t feel inspired. In 2017 I’m working on a Single Frame Project- clicking one frame a day that documents our life on that particular day. I’m not featuring every image. Some I’m more proud of than others, but overall I’m still proud of myself for capturing about 80% of our days in March. Scroll on to see a glimpse of our day to day…

Newlin Family | Indianapolis Lifestyle Photographer

This Indianapolis family is making an encore appearance on the blog! Part of their lifestyle session was featured back in January. See more of that here. Now I’m blogging the rest of their session and I love these images every bit as much as the first ones featured. Honestly, I think this may be my very very favorite lifestyle session to date. Feast your eyes on this airy, bright, colorful bungalow home and its adorably charming family!
