Dylan and Melody’s family session was originally scheduled for a week night this fall. The weather that day was cloudy and cool at best, but in the hour leading up it turned out to be rainy and stormy! A last-minute reschedule, even with their very busy fall schedules (Dylan’s a high school football coach and it was right in the middle of the season), turned out well for all of us!
It’s safe to say that anyone who has had an encounter with this wonderful family comes out the other side for the better. Their love and compassion for their neighbors around them (and neighbors far across the globe) is inspirational. I believe it shows in their gallery of images through the connections they had with each other and their three sweet children, and I’m so thankful I was able to photograph this! And not to mention they give some of the best bear hugs!
